Detailed Description

An IP address paired with a CIDR prefix length (number of mask bits), for use in address-based access control lists.

The address is held in a Tuple (only its family and binary address are significant for matching; port and transport are ignored). mMaskBits is the number of leading bits that must match: 1..32 for IPv4, 1..128 for IPv6. Matching is performed with Tuple::isEqualWithMask.
